Held every two years, the ESD Fall Summit is a one-day event that brings together Oregon’s Educational Service District (ESD) superintendents and their elected board members for a focused day of support, collaboration, and strategic learning.
Designed to strengthen leadership at both the executive and governance levels, the Fall Summit offers a space for dialogue around shared challenges, statewide initiatives, and the evolving role of ESDs in Oregon’s education system. Through expert briefings, peer exchange, and facilitated conversations, the event fosters stronger connections and clearer alignment between superintendents and boards—ensuring unified, effective service for the school districts and students they serve.
