Oregon Education Service Districts are pleased to support local procurement efforts for the four approved interim assessments adopted by the State Board of Education.
Through a coordinated, statewide effort, ESDs have worked to ensure that districts and public charter schools have access to competitive pricing, reduced training costs, and a clear, supported procurement pathway.
Our goal is that any district or public charter school that wishes to participate in group pricing has an accessible and equitable avenue to do so – regardless of size or location.
To achieve this, four ESDs have led a collaborative effort, each supporting one of the approved assessments. This work has resulted in:
- Competitive statewide pricing aligned to the lowest available rates
- Reduced or no-cost onboarding and training from most vendors
- A streamlined and supported procurement process through ESDs
